The ExecutiveLeadership team selected Mr. Rovella to build upon the foundation of theend-to-end pipeline compliance offerings developed by LineStar’s subsidiarydivision, The Compliance Group, and to accelerate the progression of itsintegrity management program.

Mr. Rovella was formerly the Manager of Facility IntegrityManagement and Technical Services for Gas Operations at Pacific Gas andElectric. In this role, Troy built a team of over 100 engineers with a focus onthe reconfirmation of Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure (MAOP) for over 400gas transmission facilities and the development of methods that leverageEngineering Critical Analysis to establish MAOP in compliance with recentchanges in federal code.
